White meat rolls


Ingredients:

White meat rolls

  • 1 kg chicken breast
  • 3 onion
  • wild or button mushrooms
  • 20 dag cheese (should be hard)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley

Red cabbage salad:

  • 1 red cabbage
  • 1 apple
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • bay leaves
  • allspice

 

Directions:

White meat rolls:

Make 6 portions of chicken breast, beat and season them. Stuffing: fry mushrooms with onion, grate cheese coarsely, add salt, pepper and parsley. Stuff chicken chops, roll, tie with white thread, brown, add water and stew on low heat until tender.

Red cabbage salad:

Shred red cabbage and cook with bay leaves and allspice. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste later. You can add grated sour apple. Mix everything.
