Lemon szpajza (Silesian dessert)


  • 4 eggs
  • 25 dag sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine
    (serving for 6 persons)



Blend egg yolks until white, adding teaspoonful of lemon juice at a time. Add lemon zest and egg whites whipped stiff. Soak gelatine in hot water. Combine gelatine, drop by drop, with the mass, stirring gently. Serve in dessert cups.
