Moczka


Ingredients:

  • special gingerbread
  • sugar
  • various compotes
  • dried fruit and nuts
  • 10 dag butter
  • flour
  • lemon juice

 

Directions:

Soak gingerbread, combine with compotes and dried fruits and nuts, add sugar to taste and cook. Prepare roux with flour and butter, add juice of half lemon.

Moszka - silesian dessert prepared with gingerbread,compote and plenty of dried fruit and nuts.
