Pickled cucumber soup


Ingredients:

  • 60 dag bones
  • 50 dag polish pickled cucumbers
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 root parsley
  • 0,5 celeriac
  • 1 onion
  • 6 potatoes
  • salt and 2 teaspoonfuls cream
  • a little bit of dill

 

Directions:

Prepare stock on bones and vegetables, strain, add diced potatoes and grated Polish pickled cucumbers. When everything is cooked, add cream and chopped dill.
