Boil the vegetable, meat and caraway stocks separately and then mix all of them together. Finely chop the carrots from the vegetable stock and add to the soup. Prepare the croutons. Mix the flour and eggs to make a thick dough and grate it. Add the macaroni to the soup and boil until tender.
