Silesian sour rye soup

Silesian sour soup prepared on the basis of rye flour leaven with a characteristic sour taste, often treated as a filling / regenerating one-pot dish served to men after hard work "at the bottom" (in the mine).

The dish is served in the Collina Restaurant, which is a member of the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
