Szyndzielnia is a popular peak with a height of 1028 m above sea level in the Silesian Beskids. It lies in the massif of Klimczok, and also within the administrative boundaries of Bielsko-Biala. The Szyndzielnia area is covered with mixed forests with a predominance of beech and a mixture of fir and spruce trees. Because of its proximity to the large urban center, and of large mountain hostel as well as of an easy access to the cable car, Szyndzielnia is one of the most frequently visited Beskids mountains.

Kozia Góra is not a high peak (683 m
above sea level) located within the
administrative boundaries of BielskoBiala. The massif covered with forests is
a popular hiking destination for city

as Stefanki, as is the mountain hostel

"Gypsy Forest ", a park area located in the
south of Bielsko-Biala, is a literal translation of
the German name "Zigeunerwald". However,
the name is a distorted form of "Ziegenwald"
which means "Goat Forest". In the communist
times, this area was called the People's Park.
From the second half of the nineteenth
century up to World War Two Gypsy Forest
was a spa and a residential district. While
walking through Gypsy Forest you can see a
wide variety of architectural styles and feel an
atmosphere of the bygone era.
