Silesian dessert of the day: Chocolate szpajza or kopa

Every day one of popular Silesian dessert is served: chocolate szpajza- dessert made of whipped egg-white and yolk with chocolate or  kopa which is a dessert made of nuts, fruit, whipped cream and alcohol.

Silesian desserts are served at the Pod Prosiakiem Restarant, which is listed on the Silesian Tastes Culinary Route.
