White sour soup


  • 1,5 l water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0,5 l buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoons plain wheat flour
  • 0,5 kg potatoes
  • dill
  • seasoning



Boil water, add chopped garlic. Mix buttermilk and flour and pour to boiling water. Add dill and seasoning. Cook and mash potatoes and add to soup.
