The history of the school dates back to the 70s of the nineteenth century, and the building itself was completed in 1900. It was designed by Józef Perzik, who gave it the neo-Gothic building character. The building was erected of brick and stone. It is decorated with impressive turrets over the roof and projections with fine tops and a rosette in the main façade.
