Multi-function hall (sports -show- and exhibition hall) in Bielsko-Biala is located in the surrounding mountains. In the immediate vicinity of the hall there is a cable car to Szyndzielnia and slope Dębowiec, which operates a modern infrastructure of summer-winter.
