The mansion, also known as Fitzner’s Villa, is one of the most beautiful monuments of Siemianowice. The building can be found in the centre of Siemianowice, in the vicinity of the church dedicated to the Holy Cross. In the second half of the 19th century, its owner, was Wilhelm Fitzner, an, entrepreneur and founder of the Fitzner Factory of Bolts and Rivets and the Factory of Steam Boilers. The Eclectic mansion refers to the Mediterranean building tradition in industrial Siemianowice Śląskie.

The church of the Holy Cross in Siemianowice Śląskie was built between 1881 and 1884. However, the origins of the parish date back to the mid-nineteenth century, when efforts were made to erect a temporary church. It was achieved in 1867. An independent parish was established in 1872. The Siemianowice church building and its interior are the neo-Gothic style.

The former town hall building of the former commune of Laurahütte (Huta Laura) is located in the Siemianowice Śląskie, at 2 Sobieski Street. A separate commune, whom developed from a settlement located at the iron works founded in the nineteenth century. The commune operated until 1923, when, as a result of development and integration with the local villages, it was incorporated into actual Siemianowice. The town hall building was designed by William Wakkan. It was built in 1897.
Siemianowice Śląskie
The first Protestants settled in the area of today's Siemianowice Śląskie in the nineteenth century. It was mostly a Germanspeaking population, which was attracted here by a dynamic industrial development of the area. In the years 1893-1895, they erected the church of Martin Luther in Siemianowice Śląskie. It was decorated in the neo-Gothic style. In 1945, it was taken over by the Catholic church, but after 55 years, it was returned to the Evangelicals.
Siemianowice Śląskie
Siemianowice Śląskie were granted the city rights only in 1932. Since that time, the municipality resided in a corner building at Pilsudski Square (formerly Neuter Marktplatz - New Market Square). This town hall was built for the municipality of Siemianowice at the beginning of the last century. It is a brick building, which features both the neo-Baroque neo-Renaissance styles.
Siemianowice Śląskie
In the center of Siemianowice Śląskie, in the municipal park, there are impressive buildings of the palace, whose oldest part was erected by the Mieroszewscy family as early as the seventeenth century. In the following centuries, the palace was expanded by members of the Henckel von Donnersmarck family of the Bytom-Siemianowice line. At present, the residence, which is in a very poor state of preservation, is partly in the Baroque-Classicist style and partly in the Eclectic style. There are historic outbuildings adjacent to the palace.
