The location in a historical tenement house designed by Robert Zimmerman in 1914 in the city centre allows easy access to the cultural, business and restaurant heart of Katowice, as well as to the best shops, pubs and clubs.
Euroresidence offers various types of accommodation: studio rooms for those who prefer small rooms with private bathroom and kitchen, and apartments for those who have greater demands or travel in groups. Apart from fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, each apartment offers TV SAT, telephone, Internet access, safe deposit.

The church of Saint Casimir in Katowice was built between 1930 and 1933, as a garrison church serving the soldiers of the 23 Infantry Division of the Polish Army stationed in the city. The church was the first religious building in the country built in the style of simplified modernism, or functionalism. Its designers were Leon d'Arma Dietz and Jan Zarzycki. The interior is decorated in the Art Deco style.
In 1934, the construction of the building housing the Tax Office was completed in Katowice. The building was a sensation on a European scale, Not only was this "skyscraper" tall, but it was also the tallest 17-storey building in Poland and one of the tallest in Europe. It was erected in the then revolutionary construction of steel frame technology. The architectural design was prepared by Tadeusz Kozlowski, and the steel construction was designed professor Stefan Bryła.
The buildings housing the District Court offices in Katowice and a former prison complex (now a remand center) are located in the city center, in the vicinity of the intersection of Andrzeja and Mikołowska Streets. The building, which originally housed the Royal District Court, consists of two parts built in 1889 and 1913 respectively. At the turn of the twentieth century, a complex of the prison buildings with the residences of the prison governor and guards were also erected in the vicinity.
The building of the Faculty of Theology of the University of Silesia in Katowice is located at Jordana Street. It represents the latest architectural style if Upper Silesia. The building was erected in the early years of this century. It was designed by Jack Kuś, Tadeusz Orzechowski, Jerzy Stysiał and Henry kWilkosz. This project received the Grand Prix in the competition "Architecture of the Year of the Silesian Voivodeship" in 2004.
